    I recently purchased a Pioneer forecart to use with my team of mules. The forecart came with a set of shafts. The shafts are draft horse size. I need shafts to fit a Morgan. My question is can I just replace the pipes and downsize them to fit a Morgan horse? What are the standard dimensions for shafts to fit a horse the size of a Morgan?

    Any help would be much appreciated!

    Draft horse 92″ shafts
    Horse 82″
    pony 72″
