These are some pictures from our annual silo fill weekend. The first is of my wife Stephanie hauling in a good load with our steady mares Maude and Maggie. The second is of myself with Dixie, her mother Belle in the middle, and Buddy our belgian binding corn with a John deere binder. Working 3 days on the binder Dixie really found her power that weekend and made us proud. The third is of my god son Michael stealing my binder seat so his mom can take a photo. He just might make a horseman someday.
