New Ideal two-horse mower for sale

I have for sale a New Ideal open gear two-horse mower. I have used it a lot since we bought our farm 6 years ago for clipping pastier with my team. At this point our pasture is in much better shape and I am just not using it much any more. We don’t produce hay here, and this mower could be a reliable hay machine with some tune-up work. It has a 5′ bar and steel wheels, and is ready to run except for the need for a replacement grass board (the one I have on is bent and needs some work). The drive gearing is in good shape and it has been stored under cover. Pole is new and in excellent condition. It is set up for a Canadian plug style neck yoke but could be easily modified to fit traditional ring style yoke. Knife sections and guard fingers are all there and in good condition. The mower should be used and it has collected dust in the barn this summer season. Sale price is $650 or would take trade for a team log scoot in good condition.
