When we were dairying we used a program from red wing software it was farm specific. And could track things for Busness management as well as taxes. Eli

I seeded over 100 acres with that 10 foot drill the last time I used it, that’s a lot of circles. I should have kept that drill set up. Eli

We put a plank behind the disk opener on our grain drill and added the grass seed after the plank but before the roller and got the same number of plants per acre with 2 less lbs of seed per acre. Eli

I was doing a little research and found it can come from working with peat moss also. The mold is not visible just spores that become air born and it really kicks my rear end. I’m on a dust mask crusade!   Eli

I am also training regular sized horses 15 hands or so, I was told that they aren’t much smaller than drafts of the day when most antique equipment was built. So with proper conditioning and nutrition they should do anything I need.      Eli

That’s what I was hoping to do but she has a foal on her. If the foal is doing well we will wean her at 4 months but that after scarlet is home I will double check my math. Who knows for little extra it may be worth bringing them back if I end up with a better team. I will talk to Ernie to see what he thinks. Eli

We had a manure bucket like that when I was a kid. We cleaned the pig barn with it everyday. we also cleaned it out and it was a great sorce of recreation and some pain. Much better than a wheel barrow. Eli

Peyton be super careful of that thrower it’s a great machine when it works and they usually do. But if it trips when you are in the way it’s not good . The thrower takes more power than the baler. I cant see running that bailer with less than 60 or 70 horse. My two cents. Eli
P.S. a 338 JD baler is about as high capacity as you can get if you pull it with race horses you could bale 1000 bales an hour. That’s my three cent.s Eli
