ParticipantWell the way I feel is they want the people that will question there agenda out and the button pushers to stay there and not take them to task when they pull the funny stuff! I think that people like yourselfs should band togeather and start your own small bank with local investers like the old savings and loan that would loan to the local people and not have to bend to greedy investers ! I dont know if thats possable anymore but for our country to get back on track thats what needs to happen!

ParticipantWell I have run over them in the woods and its every man for himself aspecialy since I am alergic to ther stings! I cut through a hive that I didnt see in a hollow tree 40 feet up in the air and recived 240 stings before I could get away, so now I carry an epie pen with me !

ParticipantIra the tarrain is flat to rolling hills the problem is that most of this will be up a slight slope! And Carl, I agree with you but the trails are already establised and the lO has made it clear that he dosnt want too many more trails made! With that said my conceren is that turning the logs up the trail may be a problem. I think useing ricks idea along with tires around the pivot trees will proubly be best! We took up over 250 trees in a 8 acher plot so this stand is way over matured we are going to just take the 40 too 70 foot poles and leave the rest for another harvest 4 to 5 years from now!as far as the lumber logs I am still working on a source for the lumber. The pine market is dead as a door nail around here so selling the logs is not a opption but Im hopeing to move it as wainscoting and flooring! Tim

Participantyea they get control of the houseiing the food the water and nexted thing you no is your working like the coal miners in the 1800 in the company town paying there prices! And then everybody will want to stand up for there rights but wont be able to!
