ParticipantCongratulations! Being a father has taught me so much, one of the biggest is patience. Also always make time to have fun with them. And it’s true what everyone says, they do grow up way to fast our son just started school this year.

ParticipantWelcome Billy. I don’t have anything to add, I just wanted to say hello and welcome you to DAP. I also have a pair of Hafllingers.

ParticipantNot to bad here yet, the horses are still out. The rain and wind come in short bursts, than it is calm for a bit. We might head out to Pemaquid point light house later and watch the surf. Everyone along the coast here have been pulling their boats out or trying to find a safe harbor. I’ll post some pics later if the surf is really big.
Be safe,
Richardreb

ParticipantMitch,
you know it sounds good! I drive by his place every day our shop is just a couple mile down the road. Nick is a common sight in town (Damariscotta) with his team. You should see the looks he gets when he take the team through the banks drive up window. I wish them luck in there trip, and please keep us updated.

ParticipantMitch, does Nick live in Newcastle?

ParticipantHi, my name is Richard and I am addicted to old John Deere garden tractors.
Now what are the other 11 steps?
Oh ya, I’m also a Peep eater, and you guys should try putting them in a microwave. I know seems cruel but it is funny to watch them grow and almost blow up. ***WARNING**** Don’t eat right after, they will be hot, Don’t ask how I know.

ParticipantFirst I would Like to thank everyone that replied to my first post. The first couple days were very hard and your kind words helped more then any of you may ever know.
Tripp is now buried at the base of one of our big maples her on the family farm.
Geoff he was really my best friend, he knew more about me then anyone. My wife called him our “one constant” no matter we we went or what we did we had him with us. He was a friend and a protector of his family, even one night scaring a black bear from our tent. So I would say make the most of the time you have with him, and thank you for the kind words.
Oldkat, I am sorry for your loss, and thank you.
