Mower Casting Date

    Has anyone ever found a casting date on their mower frame? If so, where? I can’t seem to find one on my #7. Thanks!

    don’t know about the 7, but the 9 is right under the axle at the seat post. they might be the same. i have discovered that i’m older than my mower. that was a discouraging discovery

    As far as I know, the #9 is the only mower with a date cast into it. Jay
