ParticipantHydro pics. This is a larger pump than was on the this cart originally. The original pump had gone bad and this one came, unmounted, with the cart. It will not fit where the original was so I mounted it to the deck.

ParticipantO it has an elec. over hyd pump. What does the chains drive that are coming from the wheels? I thought they were driving the hyd pump. Do they drive a PTo? I have only seen a few pictures of the teamster 2000 and doing an internet search didnt give ne much info.

ParticipantYep, the chains run a PTO. When I get this thing going I will have more pictures and I hope to have some video as well.

ParticipantHoustonmuel, in my mind (never done it) you can use the cart to bale hay. The baler willl have a fly wheel to keep the power stroke going, but the key would be the job you do raking the windrows up. Keep them small and even and the cart can do the job. I watched the I&J cart run a baler at Horse Progress Days. They had 4 head on the cart and after going 50 feet, a horse lost a jockey stick and they stopped to fix that. Guess what? The baler was plugged. Back up the team. Turn the fly wheel back a few turns. Dig out the hay of the chamber. Team, step up. Off and baling. Just like a tractor.
